I compiled and entered all data into a central spreadsheet to ensure accuracy and consistency. Once verified, I created draft pays in PayHero for the manager’s review and approval, streamlining the payroll process and reducing errors.
2025
In addition to continuing my payroll and time reconciliation duties, I took on responsibility for managing the daily staff rostering. This included creating and updating rosters to meet operational needs, while ensuring efficient staff allocation. I remained the primary contact for any timesheet or rostering issues, liaising with staff to resolve concerns promptly. As in 2024, I prepared draft pays in PayHero for managerial sign-off, supporting smooth and timely payroll runs.
